    Fees

Each criminal case is different, so the fee to retain a lawyer will change based on the work required. If you are facing charges, retaining a lawyer will help you achieve the best outcome possible. Max generally charges a flat fee instead of a fee based on an hourly rate. Max can create a payment plan to allow you to pay the fees over a longer time period. Like all lawyers, Max has an obligation under the Code of Professional Conduct to charge only reasonable fees.

Max Wall accepts Legal Aid certificates.

    Services

Max Wall defends clients charged with offences under the Criminal Code or other statutes including the Motor Vehicle Act, the Fisheries Act, and the Wildlife Act.
